Pulled in and asked about a cover for my truck. Told me it would be 20 min to install. I set a timer and he was done in 13. Great service and lightning fast.

I just ordered the parts I needed and they were able to get them to me same or next day, as I was under tight time constraints. The prices are fair and competitive and the service is very friendly! I received some customized floor mats for my van and the manufacturer, (from which it was ordered) did not cut out the section for the middle second row seat. I called Hawkeye Truck Equipment and they told me to stop in anytime and they would take care of it. I stopped in today they took care of it right away. I messaged these guys about a week ago, and they got back to me immediately. Got an appointment set up and then from the moment I entered their shop, all I saw were smiling faces and happy workers. The guy at the counter got me checked in, was super friendly, and got me situated while I waited. Only took a little over an hour, and then I was out of there. They did a great job and I would 100% recommend. The fact that everyone was smiling and happy, and you could tell that they didn't hate being there, says a lot about a company.

Went in there for a tonneau cover for my truck. I left with it installed in 15 minutes. Very friendly service and so much faster than I was expecting. Pricing was very competitive. They had a nice waiting room to wait for your work to get done. There show room does a good job showing off a lot of the products that they offer.

Best customer service I've ever seen. When a Truxedo wouldn't fit on my truck, because of a tool box I had( my fault), the owner actually ran down to the local distributor and picked up the right one himself. It was installed in less than 15 minutes.

Called to get a bed liner for a new truck at 12:15 in the afternoon, they ordered it and had it installed by 5:00 that evening. Very easy to work with, fast and efficient! I would highly recommend them!
